Your Students:
- K-12 students from Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC, USA
Your Coworkers:
- collaborative and intellectually curious rising college freshmen, college students, and college graduates

- Wait for our response.
- Submit transcripts.
- Arrange for letters of reference to be sent to us directly by your recent teachers, professors, supervisors, mentors, colleagues, or fellow volunteers. We do not accept letters of reference delivered or forwarded by applicants.
- Have an interview.
- Present a sample lesson to our current staff.
- Complete background checks.
- Present original document(s) to establish identity and U.S. employment authorization. Present original social security card for payroll.
